Due to our busy season on the road for shows, our shipping times have been slightly impacted. As a result, we are currently unable to meet our standard shipping and processing timelines. Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Shipping orders ship via USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Scrap Work Boutique is not responsible for stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct delivery address for the package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
